Unser Produkt befindet sich noch in einer frühen Phase, erhält jedoch bereits sehr positives Feedback von ersten Nutzern und Pilotkunden. Nun gilt es, daraus eine sichere, skalierbare und industrietaugliche Plattform zu entwickeln.

Industrieunternehmen erwarten Software, die zuverlässig läuft, sicher ist und im Alltag problemlos funktioniert. Systeme zu entwickeln, die diesen Anforderungen auch unter realen Einsatzbedingungen standhalten, ist eine echte Engineering-Herausforderung.

Du hilfst dabei, die technische Grundlage unserer Plattform zu definieren und aufzubauen. Dabei geht es nicht darum, einfach nur neue Features zu entwickeln. Es geht darum, Systeme zu schaffen, die skalieren, stabil bleiben und langfristig wartbar sind – für die Menschen, die täglich darauf angewiesen sind.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Kernplattform:

• Plattformarchitektur: Entwicklung eines skalierbaren Systems für mehrere Industriekunden
• Zuverlässigkeit & Stabilität: Aufbau von Systemen, die unter realen Einsatzbedingungen zuverlässig funktionieren
• Sicherheit: Sicherstellen, dass Infrastruktur und Code produktionsreif und geschützt sind
• Codequalität: Den React/Ionic-Code sauber, strukturiert und wartbar halten
• Automatisierung & Monitoring: Aufbau von CI/CD-Pipelines und Monitoring, damit Deployments und Betrieb reibungslos funktionieren

Du gestaltest damit das technische Rückgrat eines Produkts, das gerade in seine Skalierungsphase hineinwächst.

• Erfahrung mit React-/TypeScript-Codebasen sowie Vertrautheit mit hybriden Mobile-Frameworks
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in DevOps und Deployment-Automatisierung
• Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Datenbanken und im Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastrukturen
• Eine Security-first-Mentalität beim Absichern von Systemen und beim Schreiben sicheren Codes
• Fähigkeit, Monitoring für Infrastruktur aufzusetzen und zu betreiben
• Sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch

You will help define the technical foundation that allows our platform to grow. This is not about adding features. It’s about building systems that scale, stay stable, and remain simple for the people who depend on them.

You will take ownership of the core platform:

• Platform Architecture: Design a scalable system for multiple industrial customers
• Reliability & Stability: Build systems that work under real-world conditions
• Security: Ensure infrastructure and code are production-grade and secure
• Code Quality: Keep the React/Ionic codebase clean and maintainable
• Automation & Monitoring: Build CI/CD pipelines and monitoring so everything runs smoothly

You will shape the technical backbone of a product that is just entering its scaling phase.
